Colorado Natural Gas Vehicle Coalition

The Colorado Natural Gas Vehicle Coalition (CNGVC) is promoting natural gas as an alternative transportation fuel through vehicles and fueling infrastructure development in CO. This mission will be accomplished through infrastructure and vehicle funding, as well as public outreach and education. Stakeholders from across the state are coming together to strategically create a market for natural gas in Colorado.

This group consists of Clean Cities Coordinators, fuel providers and retailers, natural gas producers, vehicle conversion companies, fleets, government agencies and the education sector. Objectives include obtaining vehicle commitments from fleets to utilize natural gas, matching these vehicle counts with the appropriate infrastructure, an educating the public about the benefits of natural gas as a transportation fuels. This group will help create a market and strategically place infrastructure to result in the establishment of fuel corridors.
